A blend of 85% Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Malbec, 5% Merlot, and 2% Petit Verdot, our new Proprietor's Red Wine has aromatics of black current, leather and cedar. On the palate, there are mild tannins with notes of cherry, wet stone and cocoa. Aged for 24 months in new French Oak barrels.
This vintage is ready to enjoy but also has potential to age very well!
